We all know how extra.. African Weddings can be.  Lots of activities happening at the same time, and a lot is managed at the given time frame. Every photo taken at your wedding tells the story of everything that happened at your wedding.  Wedding Photographs leave timeless Memories and long lasting impressions in our lives, imagine picking up your wedding photo after many years,  you’ll be left with so much smiling, tears, happiness reminiscing about the events of that day, with lots to talk about.   Every time you pick up your wedding album, you always have a different story to tell, old stories turn out new to listening ears, important decisions are even made.  Hence your wedding photos have to be filled with maximum details.  Here are 22 shots you want to make sure your photographer does not miss on your Wedding day.

Shot #1

Getting Ready Shot: The Getting Wedding shots are very important, the process of transformation for the bride, talking hair and Makeup, brides never get enough of themselves on their wedding, if they could, they will stare at the mirror a million times. Get some shots in the bathroom, in your bridal robe, with your bridal squad, wearing your perfume,  wearing your jewelries, wearing your shoes, bridesmaid helping you wear your shoes, mum zipping your wedding dress,  putting your veil on, praying for you, and passing the mantle on to you, these shots should all be documented.

The Deets: detail shots like wedding cards, wedding Rings, jewelry, bouquet, shoes, perfume, cufflinks, suits, wrist watch, etc should also be documented.

Shots with Bride’s Maid:  the shots with your bridal squad is also another shot to not miss,  y’all are definitely going to be having a moment on that day, so all that should be documented.

Shots with The Men: Getting ready shots, wearing your white shirt, cufflinks, shoes, tie, etc, by Groom’s man or father, shot with groom’s men, Father and Groom shots should all be documented

Gifts exchange Shots:  if there will be a Gift exchange time between bride and groom that should be documented as well,  this is one of the shots that leaves a beautiful expression, unpacking surprise gifts given by each other.

Mother/Daughter Shots: a shot with you and your mother on your wedding day is a big deal I tell you, mom praying for daughter, wearing the wedding dress, wearing the veil, not a shot to miss.

The Prayer Shots: this shot is of your bridal squad/ friends praying for you before you make your grand entrance into the Ceremony.

Reveal Shots: when the bride reveals herself to the groom right before the enter the Ceremony hall, I call this THE WOW TIME, tearing is most likely at this time.

Car Shots: if the ceremony is not on the same venue as the getting ready hotel, then most definitely there Should be a Car Shot.

Aisle Shot: Shots of groom’s men and brides maid entrance into the ceremony, shots will the groom makes his entrance through the aisle, shots as little brides and groom through in flowers. shots as bride and father walk through the aisle to the Altar.
